First off, let me just say that Lien & Jon were absolutely fantastic to work with. After they got used to my style and posing system, they were naturals in front of the camera. The session started off at San Clemente Beach, but we decided to drive inland and found a fantastic orange grove field. We then started at Solana Beach for round two the following weekend. I was referred to Naima & Alessandro by a local photographer out of Austin, Texas, and decided that it would be an absolute blast to photograph their reception. The entire day was storming terribly, so we shot most of the photographs indoors and got a few in the courtyard of 5226 Elm. We then went to another home for an after party.

Jenn & Ben.. What can I say about this couple!? They were frickin' awesome in front of the camera. And I'm only saying this because they haven't had professional photos taken since high school! They met five years ago at Ben's fire station and hit it off from day one. They both love the beach, but didn't want to have a cliche beach engagement session, so we decided that Elfin Forest was the best of both worlds.
